May 19th, 2008, 7:00 p.m. Join Cassie Gardner, staff with the Sierra Club’s Global Population and Environment Program for, a slide presentation about her recent visit to integrated population/health/environment programs in the Philippines. Cassie’s presentation will highlight the connections among global health issues like resource consumption, gender inequity, population, poverty, climate change, and human rights. Learn why reproductive health and rights matter in the fight to protect our global environment for future generations. Refreshments will be served.
