Many Rivers Group Politics and Issues

Liquified Natural Gas
The state of Oregon is facing three proposals for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) import terminals to be located within the state. Two of these proposals would be located on the Lower Columbia River near Astoria and one is proposed in Southern Oregon at Coos Bay. If you'd like to know more about the potential environmental impact of these proposals, please join us at our February 23 Beer Social and Working Group, or see the information compiled by the State chapter of Sierra Club.
